Don Rainey is president and founder of Total SumParts (TSP), a Reston, Virginia, Internet application development and eStrategy consulting firm. Prior to founding TSP in 1998, Rainey was president of Attitude Network, a leading Internet entertainment network including such sites as HappyPuppy, Games Domain, Glossy, and Splam. The Attitude Network was sold to TheGlobe.com in the spring of 1999. Before joining Attitude Network, Rainey held several executive positions, including director of brand and channel marketing for IBM's Networking Hardware Division. He also served as a founding board member for Accipiter, a leading Internet advertising management software firm and Intersouth portfolio company, through its acquisition by CMGI in 1998.
